2019-12-10 00:00

"Shandong Kelesi New Material Technology Co., Ltd.'s 50,000-ton-annual acrylic sheet project"

Environmental Impact Assessment Announcement

一、Basic information about construction projects

Project name: Acrylic sheet project with an annual output of 50,000 tons

Project nature: New construction

Construction address: Northwest of Yinglong Road and Jiaolonggao Road, Linqu County Chemical Industrial Park

Project investment: total investment 120 million yuan

Construction content: This project covers an area of 75,333 square meters (113 acres), with a total construction area of 40,094 square meters, mainly including production workshops, warehouses, boiler rooms, etc.; it has a total of 4 acrylic general plate production lines, 1 acrylic engineering plate production line, With 5 extrusion board production lines and other auxiliary equipment, the project will be able to achieve an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of acrylic sheets after completion.

二、Pollutant generation, prevention and discharge

1. Wastewater

There is no production wastewater generated in this project. Domestic sewage is treated by septic tank retention and sedimentation and then discharged through the municipal sewage pipe network to Linqu County No. 3 Treatment Plant for centralized treatment. Therefore, the wastewater generated by this project will have less impact on surrounding water bodies.

2. Exhaust gas

The exhaust gas generated during the process of the project is mainly particulate matter and VOCs. The particulate matter is collected by the gas collecting hood + dust collector, processed by the VOCs introductory carbon adsorption concentration + catalytic combustion purification treatment equipment, and then discharged through the 15m high exhaust pipe. All types of waste gas generated by the proposed project can meet relevant emission standards and have little impact on ambient air.

3. Noise

The noise source of this project is mainly production equipment. After taking certain noise reduction measures, it can meet the Class 2 standard requirements of the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises at the Boundary" (GB12348-2008).

4. Solid waste

The main solid wastes of this project include waste activated carbon, waste filter cloth produced by filtration, waste molds produced during the demoulding process, waste leather strips, scraps and debris produced during the cutting process, dust collected by the bag dust collector, and Waste packaging materials, mold cleaning slag, waste precious metal catalysts and domestic waste generated during the use of agents, dyes, etc., including waste activated carbon, waste filter cloth produced by filtration, waste packaging materials, waste precious metal catalysts, waste dry filter cotton, commissioned Processed by qualified units; waste molds, waste leather strips, scraps, and debris generated during the demoulding process are sold out; dust collected by bag dust collectors, mold cleaning slag, and domestic waste are uniformly processed by the sanitation department.

Therefore, all solid waste is effectively disposed of and is not discharged to the outside world.
